West Brom vs Arsenal prediction

Arsenal will be looking to make it three straight wins for the first time this season when they travel to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

The Gunners were impressive in their 3-1 win over Chelsea on Boxing Day before narrowly winning 1-0 at Brighton & Hove Albion three days later.

Only Sheffield United sit below the Baggies in the Premier League table heading into the new year and aside from a 1-1 draw at Liverpool, Sam Allardyce is yet to work his magic. His side have been hammered 0-3 at home by West Midlands rivals Aston Villa and 0-5 by Leeds United either side.

Allardyce usually builds a tight defence but aside from some magic from Sam Johnstone versus Liverpool we’ve not seen much of that.

Arsenal certainly haven’t been reliable this season but I think they’re riding a confidence high and will take advantage of some poor West Brom defending this weekend. Alexandre Lacazette has a goal in each of the last two, Bukayo Saka is in form and Gabriel Martinelli is back and playing again.

This game is live on TV to take in-play if you lack faith in Arsenal but I am confident of an away win.
