Fulham vs Leicester prediction

Leicester City will be looking to keep their top four finish hopes on track by returning to winning ways at Fulham on Wednesday night.

The Foxes were surprisingly beaten 1-3 at home by Leeds United over the weekend, following their 1-1 draw at Everton before. Prior to that, Brendan Rodgers’ side had been on a three-game winning streak, which included 2-0 wins over both Chelsea and Southampton.

Fulham are looking rather hopeless currently, on a 10-game winless streak since winning away to Leicester at the end of November.

Whilst they have drawn seven of these games, they have mostly been versus bottom half sides, including West Bromwich Albion, Brighton & Hove Albion (twice) and Newcastle United.

I expect Leicester to rebound from the weekend and their defeat to the Cottagers earlier in the season with three points midweek. Fulham hadn’t been scoring too many recently prior to blowing a 2-0 lead to draw versus West Brom on Saturday and I cannot see them keeping the likes of Jamie Vardy, Harvey Barnes and James Maddison quiet for 90 minutes.

Being odds against makes Leicester one of the best value bets in this week’s fixtures.
