Arsenal vs Man Utd prediction

Arsenal head into the weekend five points ahead of Manchester City and with a game in hand as they welcome Manchester United to the Emirates on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta’s side were clear and comfortable 2-0 winners away to rivals Tottenham Hotspur last Sunday, with that the scoreline after half hour and with the hosts offering very little goalscoring threat.
The Gunners’ only dropped points since the World Cup came in a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle United, but they should face a tough challenge when Erik ten Hag’s side return to London this weekend. Manchester United will have had much less time to rest and repair for this game though, as they were pegged back late in drawing 1-1 at Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
To make matters worse for United, Casemiro picked up a yellow card at Selhurst Park that will see him miss the trip to North London. The Brazilian is up there with Marcus Rashford as the best Manchester United player to-date this season.
Although Arsenal are odds on favourites for this one I can see it being a game that goes either way and an end-to-end exciting match. Arteta’s side are going to try to take the game to the visitors, whilst ten Hag’s side won’t be sitting back either. Remember, they came from behind to beat Manchester City last weekend.
With the likes of Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford, Martin Odegaard, Bruno Fernandes, Gabriel Martinelli and Anthony Martial set to play I think there will be plenty of goals.
